At Mugen House, we're thrilled to share the story of our Japanese cuisine consultant Tomo, a highly respected master of Japanese cuisine.
With years of experience studying the culture, traditional ingredients, and recipes of Japanese cuisine, Tomo has honed his skills in authentic restaurants in Tokyo and Kanazawa, and even won awards at culinary exhibitions.
He's served as head chef at Koko Teppanyaki in Melbourne's Crown Casino and Ishizuka, creating dishes that appeal to Australian tastes while staying true to Japanese traditions.
